That man, who is going by the name Sylvester said that his phone blocked shrapnel as he crossed the street to the stade de France.

Paris Attack Killed more than 150 People



It was a deadly terror attack in Paris. CNN – At least 152 killed in gunfire and blasts, French officials say. According to French officials, at least 112 were killed at the Bataclan theater. 14 were killed on Rue Bichat at the site of the Le Petit Cambodge restaurant, in the 10th district. 19 died on Rue de Charonne in the 11th district, outside a bar called La Belle Equipe. Four were killed on Avenue de la Republique, in the 10th district. Four others died outside the Stade de France, in Saint-Denis, north of Paris.

A Russian Airliner carrying over 217 passengers has crashed in central Sinai of Egypt

A Russian Airliner carrying over 220 passengers has gone missing over Egypt's Sinai Peninsula and has possibly crashed, media reports said. However, in a conflicting report, the Egyptian Air Accident Chief said the Russian plane had safely left Egyptian Airspace and made contact with Turkish Air Traffic Control, RT news reported.
The Russian aviation authority Rosaviatsiya said in a statement that flight 7K 9268 left Sharm el-Sheikh at 06:51 Moscow time (03:51 GMT) and had been due into St Petersburgs Pulkovo airport at 12:10. The authority added that the airline was disappeared after 20 minutes it took off from radar screens when travelling at 9,500m (31,000ft) because of wreckage of the plane. Most of the passengers travelling in the plane are likely to have died. A centre to help relatives of the passengers has been set up at Pulkovo airport. Egyptian Prime Minister Sharif Ismail said that he had formed a crisis committee to deal with the crash. Media too reports that at least 40 ambulances have been sent to the scene. Live flight tracking service Flight Radar 24s Mikail Robertson told that the plane was started to drop very fast losing 1,500m in one minute before the coverage was lost.
